  • Fixed some invalid links.

Friday, June 08, 2007:

  • Ok well schools finally out and I'm back at work. I am thinking about updating my projects and finishing up TechWrecker. Also, I'll be putting up a page for Online Games so people can have some fun while being online.
  • I'll also be adding a section for quick snippets of Java Game Code. This section will focus on short bits of code to help you get a game going and hopefully I will pull some of them together into full tutorials.
  • Snippets Section: will contain, setting up a rendering loop, making your game fullscreen. It will be separated into different categories by game genre and general code. There will also be an effects section which will be quiet interesting. It is possible that I will extend this section of the site in the future to include DirectX and Opengl programming.

January 11, 2007:

  • Been Working on a Game Project for one of my classes. It's in C/C++ using DirectX 9.  Finally got some rudimentary texture mapping going on to do a basic 2d game.
  • For TechWrecker I need to implement a zordering system.
  • Heres just a little something I made while doing a demo for my class project.

  • Modeled In 3dsmax in about 30 minutes. Using Mostly the Free Transformer modifier.

December 14, 2006:

  • Development of Tech Wrecker still is awaiting the final stages of production. There are some neat new features of the game which I had wished to show by now but yet haven't made it to a build. School has pretty much consumed my time and hopefully it won't be long before I can show off some stuff that I've learned.
  • As far as the site goes I am going to try and make improvements. Add in some more links and other things perhaps some more games, that would be nice wouldn't it.

July 15, 2006:

  • Development on the online game is continuing slowly. The screen shot posted on the left is the result of the game after about 2 weeks of spare time work. That would be about 4 hours a day coming to roughly 28 hours. You can play the demo at the address below. More updates are soon to come so stay tuned.
